Grant McCullagh is a highly regarded leader in the engineering and construction industry working across the infrastructure, environmental, and facilities sectors on a global basis for over 30 years. He is a seasoned top management executive with P & L responsibility and extensive experience in general management, operations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, corporate finance, marketing, and business development. He has a strong background in engineering, program management, design/build, construction management, general contracting, and operations management as both a successful entrepreneur as well as a top corporate official of a major worldwide organization.
As Vice Chairman and earlier Executive VP of AECOM, Mr. McCullagh was responsible for many aspects of the company’s growth and development on both corporate and operational levels. Key responsibilities included strategic planning, corporate finance, M&A, corporate operations functions and numerous OpCo level operational responsibilities including design/build and integrated delivery projects. Previously, Mr. McCullagh was CEO of Holmes & Narver and had Group responsibility for DMJM, both AECOM companies. Today AECOM is a global leader in transportation, water, environmental and facilities markets with revenues in excess of $6B and 60,000 employees. Mr. McCullagh was also the CEO and co founder of McClier, a global design-build firm which operated across numerous technical niche markets which he sold to AECOM in 1996.
Currently, Mr. McCullagh is Chairman and CEO of GIBS LLC, a platform company in the E&C Infrastructure services sector partnered with ARES Management, a $40B asset management company, focused on investments/acquisitions in the E&C space. Mr. McCullagh received an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MArch from the University of Pennsylvania and BSArch from the University of Illinois and is an AIA Fellow.

Motasim Hajaj founded Hajaj & Associates in 1996, a Saudi Arabian market leader in real estate business development and advisory services, property appraisal and acquisition assignments. Motasim recently completed a major secondment as acting CEO for the corporate reorganization and operation of one of Saudi Arabia’s largest real estate developers handling over $ 2 billion of projects under development and now heads up PKF The Consulting House activities in the kingdom. Motasim was instrumental in managing the successful 2007 launch of the first public Saudi Real Estate Fund in the market by AREG and the SAMBA Bank.
A business graduate from California State University, Long Beach, USA and member of Urban Land Institute, Motasim has over 20 years knowledge of the international and Middle East real estate and business development markets with in-depth hands on experience of real estate and marketing support for major commercial, residential and leisure tourism projects. Motasim serves on various international hospitality asset owning company boards and is a business advisor to members of the Saudi Royal family and to prominent Saudi business organizations. Motasim is an Advisor of King Khalid Foundation, Riyadh for the last eight years.

Ravi Shankar is a Principal with Sequoia Capital India. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital, Ravi Shankar worked at McKinsey & Company in Mumbai, where he advised senior management of top Indian companies on a variety of issues including business building, channel management and leadership development. Prior to McKinsey, Ravi Shankar worked at Wipro Technologies in their Embedded and Internet Access division. At Wipro, Ravi Shankar helped several venture-backed networking start-up clients design and build customer premise equipment for next generation applications like VoDSL and Internet over Cable. Ravi Shankar received an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad where he was awarded the President’s Gold Medal. He also holds a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from REC Trichy.

Ash Lilani is Managing Director of SVB India Capital Partners, as well as President of India and China for SVB Financial Group. Lilani is responsible for sourcing and managing the investments of SVB India Capital Partners with investments that include SKS Microfinance, Genesis Colors, One97 Communications, Sula Vineyards, Vistaar, Vallabhdas Kanji Limited, Games2Win, People Interactive Pvt. Ltd. He is also responsible for the strategic direction and the management of SVB Financial Group’s operations and pursuits in Asia.
Previously head of SVB Global, Lilani has developed and managed SVB’s global market activities. In this role he set the strategy and oversaw the operation of SVB Financial Group’s international subsidiaries in London, Bangalore and Shanghai, and its activities in areas of technology concentration, including Israel.
Prior to taking on SVB’s globalization efforts, Lilani served as Senior Vice President and Manager of SVB Silicon Valley Bank’s South Bay region, where he was responsible for commercial banking activity in the area. Lilani also served as the country head, India, responsible for the company’s activities in India. Lilani is a charter member of TiE, a network for U.S. and Indian entrepreneurs, and is a Founding Member, the current Director and the Treasurer of the U.S.-India Venture Capital Association.
Lilani holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Bangalore University and has a master of business administration degree from Philadelphia University.

Prashant Choksey is the Executive Director at the Choksey group of companies which has interests in Real estate, Construction, Entertainment, Venture Capital and Manufacturing. He is the Chief Executive of Choksey Constructions, a real estate development company with a focus on mass housing. The company is currently working on a number of pilot projects on mass housing along with leading global and domestic Financial Institutions and Consulting Firms to explore innovative developmental solutions, Design , Technology and business models.
Prashant Choksey is the Vice-Chairman of Colortek which is a liquid colorants company catering to plastic industry. He is also an Executive Director at Choksey Chemicals – a leading manufacturer of construction chemicals in India and Hindustan Mineral Products Company which is engaged in processing and marketing of natural minerals. Prashant has and invested in a number of start-ups in the area of technology, internet, media and entertainment since mid-1990's. He is a Co-founder of the Mumbai Angels which funds and advises seed stage startups. He is the Co-founder of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO), India Chapter. EO is a global community of business owners who run companies that exceed $1M (US) in revenue.
Prashant holds engineering in Applied Mechanics from University of California. He has also completed executive management programmes from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India and Wharton School of Business ,University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA
